After being hacked, we’re back at 99% – and STILL reporting the straight punch that the hackers tried so desperately to keep from you.  Yes, Ziggidy hit a nerve – they attacked, but we survived.

Not too sure if the reality of an Obama facist state has hit home or not, but the characteristics of the type of change he seeks is beginning to surface.

Do not like what someone has to say – destroy them.  Get the ‘followers’ out and create havoc on them – til they stop!

Is this the kind of change Obama is looking for?  Does this not sound more like Nazi Germany, USSR, communist China?  Repress the opposition, repress the truth, deny the facts?  Destroy those who bring the facts to light?

When the Obama man spoke in his acceptance speech, I heard allot of the same old stuff we have all heard for years and years.  The one little difference was his emphasis on how “we” need to change to effect change.  Although I am a high believer in such a philosophy, it is HOW we change and change for what that scares me – about the Obama followers!

Change to see the best options, promote what is best and the best way of obtaining change is very important.  What fears me is that the followers of Obama are using him to make the decisions for them.  He promotes change so much it actually confuses people. And to the rescue, the Obama ‘I am’ will tell you what changes are needed and how we will obtain them…..BUT

BUT…NO ONE knows how he will do what he says he will do, and worst yet, THEY DO NOT CARE!  They do not care because they are blinded by the “mantra of change’ rather than looking to themselves for guidance and the measure of change.

Obama has taken the overwhelming “lack of self responsibility” that this nation sees and is using it in a side blinded manner.  Telling people they need to take responsibility for themselves, but how is he telling them to do it?  Elect ME, Barack Hussein Obama!!  And people flock to that “idea” while not realizing they know nothing about this man – because this man has so many shadows, so little experience and has no substance.

He has bamboozled the people.  A wolf in sheep’s clothing. Blind faith.

People are actually going to allow this person who has no record, no accomplishments, no American history to take total control of their lives ONLY because he wants change!

In the acceptance speech, he stated he would lay out all the changes – his grocery list per se’.

The list has been one that has been echoed for as long as I can remember – so why is his different?  Bamboozle is the best word that comes to mind.

This man has way too many terrorist associations.  The enemy loves this guy.  We have no proof he is a citizen.  He has questionable associations with criminals who have middle east ties.  He has had questionable financial dealings with convicted criminals. He has ties with American born terrorists who think they should have done more.  His wife has questionable patriotism.  He lies about so much, beginning with his faith and early childhood schooling.  He attended the same church for 20 years but yet he never heard the pastor speak negatively – UNTIL it was brought to his attention by the media.

Comon’ folks, he doesn’t have dirty laundry – HE, Barack Hussein Obama IS dirty!

The American Civil Liberties Union is asking the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to stop a suburban Atlanta county from opening its meetings with prayers that mention “Jesus” or other “sectarian” references, claiming the invocations represent government favoritism of Christianity.

The three-judge panel of the court, however, was immediately skeptical of how the ACLU expected prayers to be crafted without appering to favor one religion over another.

“What about King of Kings?” Judge Bill Pryor asked ACLU lawyer Daniel Mach in the case’s hearing last week. “Is that sectarian?”

“What about Lord of Lords?” Pryor persisted, interrupting the ACLU lawyer’s arguments. “The God of Abraham? … What about the God of Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad?”

Judge Charles Wilson wondered just how far Mach was suggesting the county go in editing people’s prayers.

“As a practical matter, how do you draw the line?” Wilson asked.

He also asked what steps the ACLU suggested the Cobb County, Ga., board of commissioners take before its regulation became “some sort of censorship” or “just government prayer.”

At one point in the hearing, ACLU attorney Mach pointed out that the invitations Cobb County sends to guest clergy already ask that the prayers not proselytize or disparage other religions. According to the Associated Press, Mach suggested that the invitations simply be amended to ask the clergy to refrain from invoking “religious messages” at all.

Cobb County attorney David Walbert countered that such restrictions would make it a “virtual impossibility” for clergy to draft any kind of meaningful prayer.

Liberty Legal Institute Chief Counsel Kelly Shackleford was indignant about the ACLU asking clergy to pray without “invoking religious messages.”

“I think this is really where you pull the cover off and see what you’re really looking at with the ACLU,” Shackelford told OneNewsNow. “This is religious bigotry; it’s anti-free speech; it’s everything that they’re supposed to be against.”

“The government really has no business telling anybody how they should or should not pray,” Shackelford said. “And the fact that the ACLU is trying to use the power of government to tell people how to pray is just an incredible invasion of freedom, and (it) shows that they are not about freedom and liberty at all. They’re about oppression and trying to stamp out religious speech.”

The ACLU, together with Americans United for Separation of Church and State, are arguing on behalf of seven individuals who filed suit in 2005 challenging the “sectarian” nature of Cobb County’s invocations, claiming 70 percent of the prayers were Christian or mentioned Jesus Christ.

Last year, U.S. District Judge Richard Story ruled the prayers could continue and said that because the county invites clergy from all denominations, the practice doesn’t constitute endorsement of one religion over another.

Story did, however, criticize the county’s practice of selecting its invited clergy by merely thumbing through a phone book and awarded $1 to each of the seven plaintiffs.

The ACLU then appealed the case to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, ALCU attorney Mach argued that federal appeals courts in Richmond, New Orleans, Chicago and San Francisco already have ruled sectarian invocations at government meetings violate the First Amendment.

Cobb County attorney Walbert, however, disagreed with the argument, saying that the U.S. Congress has opened its sessions with sectarian prayers since the appointment of the first Senate chaplain.

“Everything that is at issue here was clearly being done in 1789,” Walbert said.

The AP reported Judge Pryor also questioned the reasoning, pointing out that even the Supreme Court opens its session with a prayer that could be called sectarian: “God save the United States and this honorable court.”

With arguments concluding last week, the court is expected to rule on the case sometime in the coming months.

Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign has just released an ad in Ohio lashing out at Sen. John McCain for purportedly linking the Illinois senator to William C. Ayers, an unrepentant member of the Weathermen terrorist organization.

Obama’s ad calls Ayers a “radical” and accuses McCain of focusing on the 1960s, although Obama worked with Ayers until at least 2002.

The ad unfolds as follows:

Barack Obama: I’m Barack Obama and I approved this message.

ANNOUNCER: With all our problems, why is John McCain talking about the ’60s, trying to link Barack Obama to radical Bill Ayers?

McCain knows Obama denounced Ayers’ crimes, committed when Obama was just 8 years old.

Let’s talk about standing up for America today.

John McCain wants to spend $10 billion a month in Iraq, tax breaks for corporations that ship jobs overseas, selling out American workers.

John McCain, just more of the same.

The ad does not mention or address Obama’s extensive ties to Ayers.

Ayers was one of the original grantees of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, or CAC, a school reform organization in the 1990s, and was co-chairman of the Chicago School Reform Collaborative, one the two operational arms of the CAC. In 1995, Obama became chairman of the CAC under Ayers’ leadership.

Also in 1995, the first organizing meeting for Obama’s state senatorial campaign was reportedly held in Ayers’s apartment.

WND first reported Obama served on the board of the Wood’s Fund, a liberal Chicago nonprofit, alongside Ayers from 1999 to Dec. 11, 2002, according to the Fund’s website. According to tax filings, Obama received compensation of $6,000 per year for his service in 1999 and 2000.

Ayers, who still serves on the Woods Fund board, contributed $200 to Obama’s senatorial campaign fund and has served on panels with Obama at numerous public speaking engagements.

Ayers, currently a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, was a member of the Weathermen terrorist group which sought to overthrow the U.S. government and took responsibility for bombing the U.S. Capitol in 1971.

He has admitted to involvement in the bombings of U.S. governmental buildings in the 1970s.

“I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough,” Ayers told the New York Times in an interview released Sept. 11, 2001

“Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon,” Ayers wrote in his memoirs, titled “Fugitive Days.” He continued with a disclaimer that he didn’t personally set the bombs, but his group set the explosives and planned the attack.

A $200 campaign contribution from Ayers is listed April 2, 2001, by the “Friends of Barack Obama” campaign fund.

The two appeared together as speakers at several public events, including a 1997 University of Chicago panel entitled, “Should a child ever be called a ’super predator?’” and another panel for the University of Illinois in April 2002 entitled, “Intellectuals: Who Needs Them?”

The charges against Ayers were dropped in 1974 because of prosecutorial misconduct, including illegal surveillance.

Ayers is married to another notorious Weathermen terrorist, Bernadine Dohrn, who also has served on panels with Obama. Dohrn was once on the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted List and was described by J. Edgar Hoover as the “most dangerous woman in America.” Ayers and Dohrn raised the son of Weathermen terrorist Kathy Boudin, who was serving a sentence for participating in a 1981 murder and robbery that left four people dead.

I have to ask you this, if Obama/Biden win, and Obama’s citizenship is questioned in the end, don’t you think this entire election with the DNC was a hoax?

Biden ends up President, after 3 prior attempts, Pelosi already made comments, saying he would be a great President. Pelosi is #3, she moves to vp.

And if it was do you think Hillary was part of it, since Pelosi would become, vp and then Hillary would probably voted Speaker of the House !!!

Obama is not telling us who he is.

Obama is lying about who he really is!

People of America, wake up and think – think hard!

Obama is for change, great – I too think change is great, but just what changes is he talking about?  What changes will he bring to the table?  Does anyone really know?  Why won’t he tell us the truth?

Here is an individual who has no background.  A “junior” senator who has a very poor voting record and the few times he actually did vote, his voting certainly did not reflect change.

What do we know about Obama and what changes can we expect?

Think!  We do know he went to a racist led church for 20 years and considered his pastor a great man. So called Reverend Wright is a racist who hates the American government and thinks white folk are, in my interpretation – a cancer holding back the progress of blacks.  Thinks American government is responsible for the aids epidemic which was introduced by whites to destroy blacks.  He calls those with Italian heritage, “garlic noses”.  For 20 years Obama went to this church and he claims he did not know about how his pastor felt! Why does he keep trying to hide his past? Think America, think hard!

Think! What is the truth about Obama’s childhood?  Why is there so much “mystery” where he was raised, how he was raised and what faith he studied and practiced?  Obama says one thing, but the facts state he was raised in Indonesia, in the world’s LARGEST Muslim country and was raised as and studied the Muslim faith.  He denies this but the FACTS remain, the facts say otherwise. I do not really believe it matters, but what matters is that he LIES about it.  Why does he continue to lie about his past? Think America, think hard!

Think! Is Barack Hussein Obama an American citizen? Why is there so much noise out there demanding proof, but the demands are falling on deaf ears?  Why is Obama refusing so show proof of his citizenship?  After all, this is a simple way of discrediting many of those who claim otherwise.  He could put a stop to allot of “chatter” simply by producing proof; but he doesn’t.  One must ask the question of what is he hiding, and why?  Think America, think hard!

Think!  People who do not know you, often can know you by who you associate with.  People who hang out with loving, caring and giving people, will often give you the same characteristics.  The same litmus paper has been used to characterize every president, with the most recent being our current president.  Character by association happens everyday, in all cultures, in all economic levels.  We use association as a measurement of character, period.  Certainly a christian would not hang out with gang bangers who steal, rob and kill others.  Likewise, in all arenas, we as individual are close to others who share the same ideas and beliefs, have similar economic backgrounds,  have similar political desires – and list goes on and on.  BUT I ask you why does Obama get a free ride on his associated friends and business partners?   He is associated with racists, terrorists (both here and abroad), criminals and a host of other misfits; BUT people still see him as a person whom they want to lead their country!  What I find most disturbing is that he ONLY disassociates himself from these individual AFTER he has been caught!  Think America, think hard!

Think!  His mentors, whom he has referred to great people in his life – are communists (Marxists) or racists!  I certainly do not want a leader of this country to have mentors that are not truly American and do not believe in the American dream.  Having mentors as Marxists and racists has no place in our system. Think America, think hard!

Think!  What is Obama’s agenda?  What has he told us?  Exactly what will he do if he becomes president of the greatest nation on earth?  Well, if you really do your homework, you will see that every plan he has for us is a form of socialism – another name for communism.  If you really do your homework, you will see that he plans on raising taxes to pay for these socialistic programs.  If you really do your homework, you will see that he wants to put the “world first” when it comes to poverty.  This “world first” idea will cost the average American well over $5000, some estimating over $10,000!  Why?  So he can get the world out of poverty while at the same time putting America, and its dream, into poverty.  This is real folks, do your homework! What about health care?  Does anyone really know what he would like to do?  Has any Obama supporter researched enough to know who pays for his plan?  Think America, think hard!

There is so much more, so much information out there NOT to allow this man to be president.  But why do so many flock to him, calling him the savior?  So many people purposely turn their heads to the truth in favor of change.  They know nothing of the man, nothing of the proposed changes and care nothing of the consequences.

If this man, Barack Hussein Obama, becomes President of the United States of America, it will be a sad day.  It will be all too late.  I promise you will hear in the distant winds, “if I only knew…”.

You can know, you can know before it is too late.  Do your homework and Think America – think hard!

Atheists abandon attempt to ban baptisms

An atheism-promoting organization has withdrawn its lawsuit demanding Christian baptisms of children be banned in Italy after a U.S.-based legal team took on the defense of a bishop and the Roman Catholic Church there.

“This was a preposterous lawsuit, and we are pleased that it has been dropped,” said Joseph Infranco, a senior counsel for the Arizona-based Alliance Defense Fund.

However, he said, “Americans should be aware that such lawsuits may seem far-fetched, but they really are happening … and foreign legal decisions are increasingly cited in American courts.”

The ADF stepped into the battle when the Italian Union of Rationalist Atheists and Agnostics filed a lawsuit seeking an end to all baptisms of children in Italy. The organization alleged the practice encroached on its religious freedom and violated Italian Constitutional Court precedents regarding free will and personal privacy in religious decisions.

The organization alleged the law does not allow parents to enroll their children in certain groups such as trade unions, therefore, the law also “does not allow, as well, that the parents may decide their children become members of a religious association.”

The Alliance Defense Fund reported the plaintiff in the case was demanding that his name be erased from a baptism registry in what was described as a type of “debaptism.”

But the petition was withdrawn just before a court hearing was to take place.

Gianfranco Amato, an ADF-allied attorney, said the plaintiff became convinced that the nation’s legal precedents would not support such demands.

“It’s unthinkable to ask the government to force the church to abandon one of its sacraments to appease a radical, anti-religious agenda, yet that’s what this activist group did,” said Amato.

“According to Italian law, the demand to remove a name from the register must be made by an individual with a personal interest, rather than by a private association such as the UAAR,” said Amato. “Also, it was easy to demonstrate that the group had no legal leg on which to stand.”

Infranco said, “All parents have the right to raise their children in their religious tradition, which obviously includes participation in the historic rituals associated with that religion.”

The website for the atheist organization is in Italian, but an English translation describes the group as being based on the values of human rights, democracy, pluralism, equality and individuality.

The website has been highlighted among a listing of resources on the website of prominent atheist Richard Dawkins.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5642 in Montrose, Pa., has a message for the many telemarketers that call its answering machine: Speak English.

Those who call the post when no one’s around to answer the telephone will be greeted by a pleasant, female voice on the answering machine saying, “Hi, you’ve reached the Montrose VFW, Post 5642. We are an English-speaking, American establishment. If you do not speak English or believe in America, please hang up.”

The one-story, white VFW post is a popular gathering point for veterans along Pennsylvania’s Route 706, according to a WNEP-TV report. According to its post commander, the VFW’s phone number is also a popular target of telemarketers, many of whom speak in broken English.

“We are living in America,” Post Commander John Miner told WNEP. “We should be able to speak English.”

Some in the community have called that message racist and unconstitutional.

Miner, however, says the post has used the message for several months without complaint. He has no intention of changing it.

“So you’re sticking to your guns?” a WNEP reporter asked him.

Miner answered, “We’re veterans.”

Reporters from WNEP sought community reaction to the message.

Teresa Artohofer of Montrose said the VFW post’s message contradicts the Constitution’s protection of free speech.

“Does it say English speech? It just says freedom of speech. No where in there does it say freedom of English speech. It just says, freedom of speech,” Arthofer said.

Helen Warner told WNEP that if her grandparents had to learn English to live in America, modern immigrants  should too.

“What do I think? I agree. If you’re going to be in America, speak English,” Warner said.

The VFW, whose website claims the group includes 2.2 million members in approximately 8,100 posts worldwide, was chartered by Congress in 1936 but remains a non-profit organization funded by individual contributions and is not a government entity.

Ten years ago the VFW passed Resolution 303, to “urge Congress to enact legislation mandating English as the official language” of the United States.

On June 19, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing that the underwriters of the Company’s initial public offering have elected to exercise in full their option to purchase an additional 1,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock to cover over-allotments. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

This means that Pelosi could have purchased around 20,000 shares at $3.86, or $50,000 to $100,000 worth, which are now worth 300% more than their original value.

Nancy Pelosi says that she is trying to save the planet and prevent global warming, but the reality is that, according to disclosure statements, in May 2007 she invested in T. Boone Picken’s clean energy fuels corp., CLNE, which is the sole sponsor of a proposal in California to funnel $5 billion in state funds and $5 billion in Federal funs to this corporation which will indirectly help them create a giant wind farm in the Texas panhandle.

An overlooked story in November of 2007 shows that the T. Boone Pickens plan involves the private control of water, which Pickens wants to be able to sell to big cities via giant water pipelines which will be built on land seized under eminent domain.

How did he do this? He did this by pushing through a “water district” which consists of only 8 acres of land and then applying eminent domain to expand that district and seize land from local ranchers which, in the end, puts vital water resources under his private control.

The Sierra Club, which you might think has an opinion that means something to Nancy Pelosi who just wants to “save the world”, had this to say, “We have real concerns about private control of water,” said Ken Kramer, director of the Texas Sierra Club. “Water is a resource, yet in some respects it is a commodity. It’s as essential to human life as air. That puts water in a different class.”

Pickens plans to sell 200,000 acre-feet from parched West Texas Staked Plains annually. His plan is opposed by water policy planners as economically infeasible. This extensive extraction will affect natural spring flows and the rural Texas Panhandle communities that depend on that water. It will also adversely affect family farming and sustainable development from Texas to South Dakota, according to opponents.

Pickens needs money and he has not been able to find investors to pay for a $110 Billion Bond he wants his new “water authority” to issue, therefore he is piggy-backing the windmill plan on to the water infrastructure development plan to use the money obtained for the wind farms in order to pay for the water infrastructure, which was his original goal.

While these plans were in the works as of November 2007, with the creation of this “water district”, the energy company, CLNE, was offered for public investment in an IPO in May of 2007, an IPO that was not advertised, but which resulted in Nancy Pelosi quickly jumping on board. Nancy Pelosi Purchased between $50,000-$100,000 in CLNE stock on May 25, 2007 apparently on it’s initial public offering.

It is hard to tell if the water scheme is the device being used to seize the land or if the wind turbine scheme is the means by which he will fund the water scheme, but no matter what the case may be, Nancy Pelosi will personally profit from whatever he does as an investor.

Nancy Pelosi is one of the richest members of Congress with a net worth of over US$25 million, which comes primarily from investments a large portfolio of jointly owned San Francisco Bay Area real estate, and, now, of course, stocks in CLNE.

While the stock was initially offered at $14 and is now valued below that amount, the low of $10 in early July of this year is bouncing back, especially in light of ads by Pickens and growing consensus that the Pickens plan will gain support, especially if Pelosi is firmly behind it.

While sipping my coffee this Sunday morning, spending time before I would be leaving to go to church, I came across an article that hit a nerve.

Here is an excerpt:

“Eight years ago, Mr. Jiménez, 35, an illegal immigrant working as a gardener in Stuart, Fla., suffered devastating injuries in a car crash with a drunken Floridian. A community hospital saved his life, twice, and, after failing to find a rehabilitation center willing to accept an uninsured patient, kept him as a ward for years at a cost of $1.5 million.”

The article, posted in the NYTimes web site, talks about the poor individuals who appear to be deported by hospitals, making this look like a mission by many hospitals to deprive individuals proper care. These individuals are illegal immigrants. The NYTimes, in my opinion would like to make the hospitals look like the villian and the illegals look like the victims.

There once was a time when the people of the USA stood up for what was right and just. Looking out for each other first, as a family looks out for each other before worrying about the family in the next town over. In other words, as compassionate as we are for those who might be less fortunate, we always looked out for our family first. This is not the tone of today’s society, at least in the liberal arena where socialism pushed heavily.

I care for all people of the world, but first and utmost I care for my family, my town, my state and my country. I cannot be a provider for the world if I cannot be a provider for for my family.

America is constantly whining about increased health care costs and health care coverage for all people, but does this include free coverage for illegal immigrants and others who come here to sponge off of the American system? I say adamantly NO! How can we expect the health care system foot the bill for those who cannot and do not pay? Sure, I am in favor of the health care system providing emergency care for all people; which in fact they do, but to provide for ALL care? Absolutely not.

I believe the NYTimes should extend the helping hand. Instead of spinning the story and making the less fortunate victims (illegal immigrants and such) , I propose they themselves take their hard earned dollars and subsidize the health care of those who cannot afford it….INSTEAD implying it is the responsibility of the health care system to provide long term care for those who cannot pay.

How about the NYtimes providing free newspapers for all Americans and illegal immigrants? I think they should. They want everyone to know the problems of this country (even if fabricated by their reporters). If it is so important for them to degrade our country and feel it is so important to report such stories, then they should become a free paper!

If someone loses their job and cannot afford to pay the subscription price of their trashy paper, will they provide it free? Of course not. They would be out of business very fast – but then again, it is ok for the hospital to provide free care.

The truth of the matter is, the NYTimes WANTS the healthcare system to fail. That way, socialism could jump in and take over all health care in this country. That is right up their alley – one step closer to a socialized society – communism.

The liberal left is praying for such a failure. Create unwarranted sympathy for the victim at the expense of others.
